At Elle & Riley, we offer express worldwide shipping to deliver your knitwear with care and efficiency. Please review the details below to understand our shipping process, costs, and delivery timeframes.


1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order value.

Australia Free (on orders over $500) $20
United States Free (on orders over $300) $30
Rest of the World (excluding Saudi Arabia and Russia) Free (on orders over $300) $40

2. Delivery Timeframes

All orders (except pre-orders) are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

USA & Canada 4–10 business days from dispatch

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on shipping conditions, customs delays, and other factors outside our control.


3. Order Processing and Tracking

  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number within 1 business day of dispatch.
  • All packages require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a secure daytime delivery address and contact number.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to re-route or modify the delivery address.

4. International Shipping and Customs Fees

  • As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • Payment of these fees may be necessary to release your order from customs.
  • Elle & Riley is not responsible for any customs fees, delays, or seizures of products by local authorities.

We recommend that you check your local customs regulations before placing an order.


5. Pre-Orders

Selected products may be available for pre-order. Expected delivery timeframes will be listed in the product description.

Pre-Order Terms:

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order.
  • Delivery dates are subject to change. We will notify you by email of any delays.
  • Our standard return policy applies to all pre-orders.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Elle & Riley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
  • If you need assistance with tracking, please contact our customer care team. 

7. Item Availability

  • In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
  • You will be offered a suitable replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
