During sale periods orders may be subject to delays. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Domestic orders within New Zealand will be delivered within 1-2 business days, there may be further delays for rural delivery. International orders have a target delivery of 3-7 business days. Some countries may be required by your local government and customs office to pay duties and taxes on your order. Parcels require a signature upon delivery.

Full priced items purchased online only are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Sale items purchased online cannot be returned. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, credit notes or exchanges on any sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.
